Welcome to Educifly Infinity LLP (“Educifly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (educifly.com), our free tools, our online classroom Educifly Classroom (classroom.educifly.com) and our online tutoring services (together, the “Services”). By accessing our website, booking a class, logging in to Educifly Classroom, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Because we serve students and families in many countries — including India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and the United States — please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent
Our Services are intended for IB, MYP, IGCSE, A Level, AP and SAT students, many of whom are minors.
If you are a minor (under 18, or under the age of majority where you live), a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf, book and pay for Services, and supervise your use of them.
By booking on behalf of a child, the parent/guardian confirms they have authority to do so, agrees to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy (including the recording and quality review of classes described in Sections 5 and 6), and may be asked to verify their identity where the law requires.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
3. Our Services
Educifly provides personalised one-to-one online tutoring and related educational materials for educational purposes only.
Tutoring is delivered live and online through Educifly Classroom, using Zoom for the video class. Each student and tutor share a private classroom where they book classes, join the live class, exchange homework and files, message each other and rewatch recordings.
We pair each student with a subject specialist. We may, where reasonable, change an assigned tutor to maintain teaching quality and continuity.
Educifly does not issue certificates, and our tutoring does not replace enrolment at a school or examination board.
4. Educifly Classroom Accounts
We create your Educifly Classroom account when you start with us and email you a temporary password; you must set your own password at first login.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or your class join links with anyone else. One account is for one person; a parent may use a child’s account to supervise the child’s learning.
Please notify us immediately at richa@educifly.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Educifly Classroom is designed for laptops, desktop computers and tablets. It can be opened on a phone, but we recommend a larger screen for classes and homework.
We may suspend or remove access to Educifly Classroom for a breach of these Terms, for safety reasons, or when the tutoring arrangement ends.
5. Recording of Classes
Live classes are recorded — audio, video and screen — unless Educifly has switched recording off for your classroom. Recording is controlled by Educifly, not by tutors, and a notice is shown when a class is being recorded.
Recordings are made so the student can rewatch the class for revision, and for teaching-quality checks, safeguarding and the handling of any complaint or dispute. They are stored securely, watermarked, and can be watched only by the student and tutor of that class, Educifly administrators and quality reviewers, inside Educifly Classroom. They cannot be downloaded.
Recordings are kept for 12 months by default and then deleted; Educifly may set a different period for a class. The “available until” date is shown next to each recording.
By booking classes, you (and, for a minor, the parent or guardian) consent to recording as described here and in our Privacy Policy. If you do not want your classes recorded, tell us before the class and we will switch recording off for your classroom.
Students, parents and tutors must not make their own recordings, screenshots or transcripts of classes, and must not copy, download, share or publish Educifly recordings or any part of them.
6. Quality Review
To maintain teaching standards and keep students safe, any class may be reviewed by Educifly’s quality team. Reviewers may watch class recordings and see the classroom chat, homework, feedback, shared files and bookings for that class. Reviews are read-only, logged, confidential, and used only to check and improve teaching, train tutors, safeguard students and handle complaints. See our Privacy Policy, Section 9.
7. Free Tools (IB IA Topic Generator, Calculators, etc.)
We offer free online tools such as the IB IA Topic Generator, IB Score Calculator, and Session Calculator.
These tools are provided “as is” and for general guidance only. Results, estimates, and suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances and do not represent official IB, Cambridge, Edexcel, College Board, or examiner outcomes.
You should independently verify any output before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on these tools.
8. Booking, Payments, and Pricing
Fees, packages, and session details will be communicated to you before purchase. Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on your location.
Payment must be made in full according to the agreed plan unless otherwise stated.
We process payments through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details ourselves.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, or bank fees that apply to your payment.
9. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Scheduling
Classes are booked in Educifly Classroom (“Book a class” / “Schedule a class”), by the tutor or the student, or through the agreed booking method. Both parties receive email confirmations and reminders.
Class times are shown in each person’s own time zone as set in their Educifly Classroom profile; please make sure your time zone is correct, particularly around daylight-saving changes.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice, given in Educifly Classroom or by contacting us.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-show”), may be charged in full.
If a tutor cancels or fails to attend, the class will be rescheduled at no charge.
Refunds
Free trial: the introductory trial class is free; no payment or refund applies.
Unused, prepaid classes: you may request a refund for classes you have paid for but not yet taken, subject to any reasonable administrative deduction, by emailing richa@educifly.com with your booking details.
Completed classes are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period (normally 14 days).
Consumers in the EU and UK: you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to start classes within that period and then cancel, you pay for the classes already delivered and the rest is refunded.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
10. Tutor Responsibilities
Our tutors are qualified, experienced educators and subject specialists.
Tutors deliver classes as scheduled, maintain professionalism, and follow our safeguarding and conduct standards. Tutors accept that their classes are recorded and may be quality-reviewed.
Tutors must not share personal contact details with students/parents, communicate with students outside Educifly Classroom, or arrange or accept tutoring or payments outside the Educifly platform.
Tutors must not download, share or reuse class recordings, student work, or Educifly training materials outside the platform.
11. Student and Parent Responsibilities
Students should attend classes on time, prepared, and ready to participate, with a working camera, microphone and internet connection.
Respectful, appropriate communication with tutors and staff is required at all times, including in the Educifly Classroom chat and in homework files. Educifly may read messages and files as part of quality review or when a concern is raised.
Students and parents must contact tutors only through Educifly Classroom and must not ask tutors for private tutoring outside Educifly.
Students must not record, copy, redistribute, or publish class content, recordings or materials without our written permission.
Sharing inappropriate content, abusive behaviour, or any misuse of the Services may result in suspension or termination without refund.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
harass, abuse, or harm tutors, staff, or other users;
upload files that are unlawful, offensive, or contain malicious code;
share your login details or class links, or attempt to access another person’s classroom, recordings or files;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the Services, or introduce malicious code;
scrape, copy, or exploit our website, tools, or materials beyond permitted personal use.
13. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, resources, tools, text, graphics, logos, class recordings, training videos and content provided by Educifly are owned by or licensed to Educifly Infinity LLP and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use these materials for the student’s personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Unauthorised copying, distribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Work that a student creates and hands in (for example homework) remains the student’s; you grant Educifly a licence to store it, share it with the tutor, annotate it and keep it for the periods in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party trademarks
“IB” and “International Baccalaureate” are registered trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization. “IGCSE” and related marks are owned by Cambridge University Press & Assessment and/or Pearson Education (Edexcel). “AP”, “Advanced Placement”, “SAT” and “PSAT/NMSQT” are trademarks registered by the College Board. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
Educifly Infinity LLP uses these names only in a descriptive, referential way to indicate the curricula, examinations and tools our tutoring uses. Educifly is independent from, and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Pearson Education, the College Board or Zoom.
This service has been developed independently from and is not endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization. AP® and SAT® are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this website.
14. Availability of the Services
We aim to keep Educifly Classroom available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Classes depend on third-party services (including Zoom and your internet connection). If a technical problem on our side prevents a class from taking place, we will reschedule it at no charge. A recording may occasionally fail or be incomplete for technical reasons; recordings are provided as a convenience and their availability is not guaranteed.
15. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality tutoring but cannot guarantee any specific grade, exam result, or academic outcome, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educifly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Educifly Infinity LLP and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power outages, third-party platform failures, natural disasters, illness, or government action. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected classes.
18. Termination of Services and Data
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if these Terms are violated or to protect our users, tutors, or platform.
Either party may end the tutoring arrangement with reasonable prior notice. Any refund for unused classes will be handled under Section 9.
When a student leaves Educifly, their classroom is closed and their account, classes, recordings, homework, chat and files are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy (normally 7 days after we mark the student as having left). If you want a copy of your homework or feedback, download it before you leave or ask us within that period.
19. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, including data relating to children, class recordings and quality review.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence, the courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Grievance redressal: before pursuing formal action, please raise any concern with our Grievance Officer below; we will work in good faith to resolve it promptly.

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, and in any event within the timeframes required by applicable law.
22. General
Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
No waiver: our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan details you agree to, form the entire agreement between you and Educifly regarding the Services.
Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours as part of a business transfer.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and, where changes are significant, notify you by email or in Educifly Classroom. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Summary of the 25 September 2026 update: added Educifly Classroom accounts (Section 4), recording of classes (Section 5), quality review (Section 6), booking through the classroom and EU/UK cancellation rights (Section 9), platform availability (Section 14) and what happens to your data when you leave (Section 18).
